My partner ordered a toasted white chocolate mocha for me as a surprise. I was excited to try something new. Sadly, they had given him a plain latte. Quite disappointing.
I’ve come here on weekend mornings, and each time I do, I get a rude staff member. There was even one guy who, while taking my order, was just casually chatting with his coworker behind him. Never even talked or looked at me the entire time. Very unprofessional.nnOn top of that, each time I’ve ordered a drip coffee from this location, the bottom of the cup is COVERED in coffee grounds. Gross.

Wow—most clueless barista award. First charged me 10 bucks for one coffee and then couldn’t figure out how to fix it. Then finally got my coffee and instead of offering me my receipt she threw it in the garbage. I asked her for the receipt and she said “oh I threw it away.” This location is usually pretty good—beware Sunday evening;
