CVS

I've been filling at CVS for about 6 years. I always used the CVS at Target in Midwest City until I recently moved to Moore. So I started using this CVS since it's less than a mile from home.nnFor the 3rd month in a ROW they don't have my prescription in stock on the day it's supposed to be filled. My doctor sent this prescription in LAST WEEK to be filled today. I call today, and they say it's going to be at least 3 more days before they have it in stock. They did this same thing the last 2 months. This is medication that can not be transferred and now they are, once again, leaving me to go without my prescription for several days because they can't make sure to order it when my doctor sends the prescription. I will NEVER use this CVS again. I guess next month i'll have all of my prescriptions sent back to the CVS in MWC and just have to drive a 40 minute round trip out of my way each month just so that I know I can get my medications on the DAY they are DUE to be filled.nnNot only that, but while filling another one of my RX at this cvs in moore, the male cashier was EXTREMELY rude to me and wanted to argue with me about the GoodRX coupon that I had. He wasn't happy that I had him re-run it b/c HE didn't put the correct information in the first time. This is unacceptable. I've never had a worse experience with any pharmacy!nnIt's not an issue with CVS as a chain, i've never had a single issue with the CVS at Target in MWC in the past 6 years. But for the past 3 months ALL i've had is issues with this CVS in moore.

Rude Hannah! This person needs to go through a FULL week of customer service. She should learn to represent the company in a respectful manner. Very disappointed & disgusted. Learn how to treat customers that come in. Integrity & good manners count.

Great & clean store! Helpful employees but the animal section was minimal

Walmart was out of my antibiotic medication and sent my prescription to CVS in Moore at 12th & Eastern for fulfillment because they said they had plenty in stock. They did this at 11:00 a.m. I needed my prescription as soon as possible and it still was not filled for pick up by 8:30 p.m. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. Extremely upset.
