literally the most childish staff ever. i really like going here because of all the unique clothes, but the staff acts like a bunch of high school mean girls. definitely won't be coming back :(

This place is just weird. To trade in clothes they ask you to enter your drivers license number as well as all your other personal info onto an android tablet. One little bit of spyware and you’ve just compromised thousands of peoples info... they also have big red signs that say “clearance 50% off” on racks with no other indication of what items qualify for the sale. When I asked one of the reps there about it she said only clothes with the yellow sticker are 50% off, but that is not advertised anywhere the only way to find that out is to bring clothes up to buy and be told that. The general thought most people would have is that the rack with the 50% off sign would be 50% off. What really lead to my 1 star review though is the girls attitude about this issue and her telling me that “well no one else that comes in here has an issue.” If you want to give away all your personal info to sell clothes, and be told you’re stupid then this is the place for you.

I love Plato’s! All the employees there are very helpful and friendly. Professional I’ll say is being shown very good. Young employees but yet very hard workers. Much respect.
