Once Upon A Child

Went in for the first time ever today. Employees were less then helpful, no one greeted us or acknowledge us. Mil was very rude. She actually rolled her eyes because we had a question. Won't be back and won't be sending anyone else either. Seen lots of stained up stuff too, they wanted they full price stained or not. Very disappointed in that store. Could get better stuff at the theft stores.

I love the prices here and I love the way they sort the clothes for sale. But the staff is not very friendly every time I'm in here and the aisles can get really crowded even if they're is just one other person in then you can't get through. It's rather frustrating.

Recently just came from the store and they could not take my clothes Because they weren’t folded in reality it was because they were busy and did not want to take it this is the second time I’ve had this lazy treatment from this place, I had a friend that was still in the store That heard them laughing and talking very belittling of me and my kid... I do you understand that it is young girls that work there but the managers of the store need to do better I prefer to go to the one on the northside they are very professional and very clean I would not recommend the store to ever sell to!!!!!!! You Will be cheated!! When I did call the store to confirm that they were talking about me the person on the phone told me they was not so I guess my friend made up a complete lie lol, she would never do something like that!! And I promise you they will go back to their manager saying they did not say that the store is very unprofessional and should be shut down! I would not recommend this store to anybody this store is terrible and today wasn’t the first time that I have had a bad experience here. I even had the store owner call me today telling me to stop harassing his employees. He didn’t take no accountability at all for the situation that happen with me today.He answer the phone basically asking what I wanted like my comments weren’t worth anything to him. The owner even started to get loud with me when I was speaking to him respectfully. All He was just worried about was his employees and how he thought I was harassing them. All I did Was called up there once today just to speak with the owner or get his email. Theres an inconsistency here at this store and I will never bring my money to this establishment ever again. I will definitely just drive 25 mins to the once upon a child on the north side. I have never had one issue there and there’s employees are trained and respectful and know how to communicate with there customers. For the owner to call me and speak to me the way he did was not professional at all. I couldn’t believe I was speaking to an owner of this establishment.
