I just love TFTS!!nThe personal touch is very welcoming, especially with the whole Covid thing.nThe staff is always friendly and ready to help at any time. This is truly a “something different kinda place”
Prices were a little high, but comparable to other boutiques. I loved the staff! They were friendly and did not make me feel rushed. The dressing rooms are still open- they steam clean the clothes after trying them on to keep things sanitary!
The ladies at the Moore location are super helpful and the clothes are always great! Definitely recommend!
I always get cute shirts and leggings here, and I'm a plus size chick.
Beware! Don't buy anything online! I learned the hard way they don't accept returns for store credit after 10 days. Dress was purchased on Dec 8th for Christmas gift...did not receive until Dec 25th. It's Jan 2nd and no store credit. Not asking for $$$ back. Horrible Cust Service. I received an email after posting a negative comment on Facebook and Twitter asking if I was the person who left comments. I relied yes and gave a little rundown of my experience. Have not received a response and they have removed me from their page as well as deleted my comments.
