Holiday weekend A/C went out on Saturday night, called Air Factory Heating & Cooling on Sunday morning, within an hour our A/C was fixed. Awesome service!!! Will definitely use as my go to A/C service. Quick, honest and reasonable prices, what more could you ask for.
I came home late on a Friday evening with and 4 month old baby to find the A/C unit not working. I called five other companies and couldn’t get a response. called back within 15 minutes, quickly diagnosed the issue and walked me through how to fix it. I am so grateful to continue to use him for all of my repair needs. Thank you!
From office staff to salesman to install was all excellent defiantly. I am sick with cancer and I needed it done fast, They were here next day installing. the Company went out of their way for me and I appreciate it. I would defiantly recommend to family and friends.
