Extremely professional and very friendly staff! I was blown away at the quality of work and how quickly they had me in and out!! I had a deep scratch in my bumper and sticky residue from the Dealership sticker that they were able to completely buff out in about an hour. The owner/manager was very friendly and was more than reasonable on price. I would highly recommend Malibu’s to ALL of my friends & family!! A++

Called for a quote around 9am and was told to call back at noon if they hadn’t contacted me yet. I was courteous and waited until 1:30pm to contact them back. When they answered they used my name without me introducing myself and told me they were slammed and I’d have to wait, then they hung up. Assuming they were actually slammed I decided that I’d give them the benefit of the doubt and call back later. At 5:15pm I called back and talked to the same guy again. This time he acted as though he didn’t know me. I explained the whole situation and he asked for a minute to figure things out. After awhile he seemed frustrated and said the whole system had crashed and that he couldn’t help me. Didn’t offer any other solutions, just that he simply couldn’t help me. These guys will waste your time. They don’t have any character and don’t deserve your business.
