We had Jordan as our sales guy. He is AMAZING! Been through the ringer over the last weeks with a different dealership and Jordan saved our sanity! Super smooth easy buying process went above and beyond to fix any concerns we had with our “new”used truck. We definitely found our home dealership and salesman for all future purchases. Highly recommend!

Ryan Brosnan handled my warranty claim and I couldn't be happier. He was able to get me a loaner and had my truck complete in a couple days with no hassles.nnUpdate***I had to take my truck back in for an unrelated issue and once again, Ryan and his team took care of me. I won't be taking my vehicles anywhere else.nnUpdate****Since Ryan has done such a great job with the warranty issues on my truck I decided I would call him up when it was time for new tires. I also wanted to install a level kit and even though they don't provide that service he was able to refer me to shop nearby that took care of me. The tires were priced competitively and my truck was ready before he said it would be. Ryan at Bob Moore will be the only person that I work with when it comes to my vehicles. Great work!!!

The service department at Bob Moore Ford is outstanding. My latest experience was with service advisor Matt, who was very knowledgeable on our Explorer and seemed genuinely committed to finding the root of a problem we were having. In the end, the issue was addressed at a very minimal cost. No doubt other dealerships most likely would have charged hundreds of dollars. Thanks Bob Moore/Matt for your honesty and great customer service!

I had the pleasure or working with Mr. Gene Rhodes for the purchase of my new 2020 Mustang GT. Gene provided me great customer service and kept me up to date on the progress of finding and delivering my vehicle from out of state to Moore OK. Delivery was fast and he spent the extra time to ensure all my questions were answered and ensured personal responsibility of getting me the right vehicle. Negotiating was easy with the best price and rates for financing I could find in and around the city. I highly recommend Gene and his team for a great buying experience and for your next car purchase!
