Ryan Houghton of this dealership is very rude and disgusting, I kindly asked him to take his posts off the Facebook market place as they were getting in the way of me finding cars that were in a realistic price range. He took offense to the message and decided to make comments about my mother. I really REALLY wouldn't suggest going to buy here. If that's how he treats a person when he thinks nobody will know about it, think about how he'll treat you.

I have a loan with them on a 2008 Pontiac torrent for the past two and a half years. This is one of those “buy here pay here” lots.. financing and price on vehicle isn’t the best but with past credit issues from my younger years I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I have had to fix a few minor issues under the hood, but nothing out of the realm of really just regular upkeep. The car will be paid off soon and I will probably drive this car until the wheels fall off. (I can’t remember her name).. but the office personnel is straight forward and easy to deal with throughout my time as a customer.

Will no longer go back to them this is our 5th car from them when u call them to make a payment or appointment they won’t work with you at all have made all our payments on time but yet they act like you don’t. just recently needed to move one payment they say they will just come get the car bad customer service called about a part they said they will replace and they got hateful and acted like they did not tell us that then told us they will no longer help us.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They are scam artist, they sold us a car that was very unsafe and promised they would fix it. We had it towed to there lot, at our expense less than 24 hours after we purchased the car. Their mechanic told us it was fixed and within a few days the brakes caught on fire with all my children in the car. They told me I was responsible for getting it back to their lot to be looked at. I explained to them I could not afford to have it towed and they told me it was not their problem. I begged and pleaded with them to work with me and they refused and when the payment fell due they told me the would just come and get it and I would have a repo on my credit. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS CAR LOT, DONT LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ANYONE ELSE!!!
