I don’t see why I should keep my Chase account when it takes over half an hour to get to the ATM.nnBefore I moved to OKC, Chase Banks would have a chip reader for Chase cards to allow patrons to enter the “mini lobby” to withdraw cash from the ATM inside.nnSomehow this bank can’t offer anything else but one ATM in the drive through. I drive, but this puts people who don’t drive in danger when they need to get to the ATM

Whoever greeted me today around 10:25 ish am was extremely helpful and polite. Thank you for making my day easier with giving me the fastest service possible for my visit today ud83dude03

Worst banking experience ever! Can I leave less than a one star review? There isn’t enough characters allowed for reviews to explain how poor their customer service is at this location.nnThe teller screwed up a cashier’s check. The teller’s response, “call the 800 number if you want to deal with it, next...”.nnThen I wait for the personal wealth banker and he proceeded to tell me, “we hire high school kids for tellers, what do you expect?” As he copped an attitude and probably interrupted Texting his girlfriend or shopping for beard wax his next response, “I don’t want to waste the time of authorizing your account if you are going to close the account.”nnUnless Chase fires the teller, wealth banker and everyone else at this location there isn’t a strong enough response to the worst bank and customer service experience ever by man.

Worst customer service in banking EVER. A few weeks ago I opened a checking account with chase online. Let me tell you, it was a full run around experience all together, but the bank concierge at this particular location was the absolute worst. I’ll start at the beginning. I go to the bank on my lunch hour off of NW 63rd st, waited in the drive thru line, I didn’t think it would take long because the had at least three windows open and enough drive up tellers to assist customers. When it was my turn, as the teller was about to complete my deposit transaction, my account went on hold. The teller wasn’t able to make a deposit (it was cash) and nobody in the bank would be able to override this. It had almost been a whole hour and I could t stay in line much longer so he advised me to call some 800 number to get it cleared up and then I can come back to make a deposit. Initially I had no issues with this, I was understanding. Then I called the 800 number, waited 30 minutes as I was going about my day. The lady in a foreign country finally answered and says she’s sorry she can’t lift the hold on my account cause I have to bring in my lease agreement to the bank so they can verify. I said okay that’s fine. The next day I had errands to do in SW Oklahoma City, so I decided I’d go to the chase there so they can verify my lease agreement. This is where it gets super annoying. I tell the bank concierge what I’m there for, and she says okay. I’m still standing waiting. There was only one customer at the teller line and three new accounts ppl sitting. She went to talk to the new accounts person, and they had a long conversation that took at least 20 minutes (I was still standing by the counter by the entrance) she finally came back and said they couldn’t help me that day, that I had to make an appointment because new accounts would have to call the 800 number and wait time is 45 minutes. I asked are you serious? I said this because I was frustrated! I have been trying to make a deposit since the day before. So she got snarky with me and gave me a smile. I left there, the next day I went and closed my account at a different location which wanted to make it right. It was too late. I was absolutely DONE with Chase. Y’all can thank the snarky bank concierge at this location. I should’ve taken her photo so I could post it here.
