Swadley's is a must-stop when passing through Enid. This was my first time and I was thoroughly impressed. I was greeting by the gentleman host at the counter with a friendly smile and one of the most outstanding personalities in customer service. My server, Lisette, was also very accommodating. She brought a spread of BBQ, pickles, and onion samplers and kept my sweet tea topped off.nnI ordered the cowboy steak with jalapeño corn and onion straws. My plate was picture perfect and delicious! I would have submitted one if it didn't look so good that I dug right in.nnThank you very much to the professional staff of this establishment. I will be returning again for more!

Swadley’s BBQ in Enid, Oklahoma is pretty good. I recently stayed in Enid and had a chance to try It out. I travel frequently and have tried BBQ all over the US. Some previous reviews noted the ribs did not fall off the bone. Most ribs are intended to have some “pull” as mine did, and the flavor was really good. They offered several sauce options, which were all tasty but the ribs and brisket were both good without sauce. Jalapeño corn had just enough kick. The fried okra was done but not mushy with crispy breading. Will definitely return next time I’m in the area.
