Trying to get in touch with someone about my past experience at this store horrible experience anything would help

The guy working was so helpful in getting me set up with a pen that works for me. I take CBD medicinally. He knew exactly the right accessories for my needs and was really nice and took the time to explain each item. Thank you!

The lady working today was the worst employee with the worst attitude I have ever encountered and I will not be giving you my business ever again.

The Smoker Friendly in Wake Forest is the worst run business I've ever encountered. They treat their one fabulous employee horribly, holding his job over his head because he is sick. NO COMPASSION FROM THE DISTRICT MANAGER AND NEW MANAGER, why because there is no one else to work. This employee held down the store when the manager up and left because she was stealing from the company and couldn't pay the money back. He did the district manager a huge favor by keeping the store open when there was no one else to work. Since she has hired a new manager she is treating the best employee Smoker Friendly, Wake Forest has ever had like crap. He is now working with respiratory issues and under medical treatment because the district manager will fire him if he does not work because the manager they have hired is incompetent. Passed by the store the other day while the new manager was standing outside and the District Manager was in the store yelling at the employee because the trash was not taken out the night before. Very Unprofessional management, they are lucky this kid hasn't quit yet. Just because of the way they treat their employees, I will tell everyone that I know who is a patron of that store, not to give them any business. If this kid quits they will be in a world of trouble and the new manager will not be able to handle the store 7 days a week open to close. BAD Business practices at that store, they should be shut down or they should get rid of the District Manager.

I frequent this smoker friendly and enjoy all the employsees and owners friendliness ( no pun intended ). I came in today and spoke with Mallory about a few different products and she answered all my questions kindly and effectivly. Great customer service and positivity are hard to find and I thank Mallory and the other sweet lady at this Smoker Friendly for their hard work and excellent customer service ! :)
