My husband broke his ankle and I went to this store for a KneeRover. I encountered the most amazing employees ever! Nellie was my cashier, Darlene the manager and Scott Campbell the Care Concierge. They were so kind and helpful! Scott went above and beyond helping me to understand the different features on the KneeRover and helped me load it into my car. These people made quite the team! Thank you to CVS Wake Forest!! I will come back again!
My prescriptions were ready when I got there. One ended up not being covered by my insurance, so the tech, Hunter, found a coupon for me to reduce the price. Great service!
Everyone at this store is always very kind and helpful and that is why this is my favourite CVS!
Worst customer service I've experienced with a pharmacy. If you call and manage to get through the voicemail jail, you stay on hold for entirely too long before someone decides to pick up the line. They don't inform you of delays in your medication arrival and overall seem to be disinterested in helping you as a customer. Won't do any more business here.
I have such a great experience with this pharmacy I had a prescription for my son and there was some confusion about it but there was a lady by the name of the Casey She made the problem seamless and she made the experience pleasant thank you Casey
