Rosemart is listed as the owner of the Spring Hope BP gas station. They continue to charge the customers 20 to 30 cents more per gallon than any of the stores in the surrounding towns. They are trying to make it up on us rule people for the loss in which they have in the larger towns. Please give us a break, we have to travel a farther distances than those in the large towns. We pass right by the other stations that love our cash for there gas.nStop robbing the Spring Hope citizens.
Used pump to pay and the zip code was wrong re-entered the zip code, still wrong..cancelled the transaction at the pump and went inside to pay and they are holding $75.00 twice for $150.00 on my card, they say its the bank, the bank says it's them, 4 days ago and still no resolution to this issue. Contacted corporate, will never use this station again or Shell either
These people are heartless crooks! They will charge you, tell you your card was declined and the not give you a transaction number for the decline. The whole while, my bank says I was charged twice.
