Website was easy to use and I was able to find a bike that looked like it would be a good fit for me. I worked with Keagen, and he was AWESOME! I’m a new rider and he took time to talk me through the details of the bike I was looking at. Very low pressure experience which was great. When I decided I was ready to buy, the process was easy and quick. Working through their finance department was simple.nnMy husband purchased his motorcycle through Capital Power Sports, and absolutely raves about their customer service and selection. That was a big reason I decided to also give them a try, and I was not disappointed! I highly recommend checking them out, they have a great new and used selection, and their staff are both knowledgeable and helpful.

I walked in and already did research on a 2017 Ninja 1000. The salesman That helped me made it painless didn’t put up any fight when I tried to get the best deal possible. I practically told him what price I wanted to pay and what I wanted on my trade and he was ready to do the deal. Super friendly staff who love to hold a good conversation. Probably going to make the long drive again in the future.

I purchased my 2019 WR250R at Capital Powersports last year and have been happily social distancing on it ever since. Alan in service set up my bike to perfection. He's an all star technician, so when I needed help with my power commander I went back to Alan knowing my bike would run like a top after his golden wrenches touched my bike. I feel like I became friends with the entire staff before they sold me a motorcycle, and they have been friendly and inviting every time I have been there since. While everyone at Capital is great not enough can be said about Alan. If you need anything at all just ask for Alan.

This was one of the easiest transactions I have ever had. I attribute that to our sales person extraordinaire Robert. I came in, I knew exactly what I wanted and Robert took care of every little detail including, getting me a fabulous price for our new side-by-side.nI feel that since these Honda side-by-side‘s are so hard to get right now, he went above and beyond to get what I wanted, quickly.nI like the way the dealership handled us as new clients. We were introduced to the parts department manager, the service department, and established a relationship with them upfront. I thought that was a nice touch.nThey are a busy dealership but I don’t think I walked past one employee who did not say hello. They are a friendly, affordable and efficient dealership and I recommend them to anyone.nI LOVE my new toy!
