Morgan and the folks at Westgate Kia took great care of me and my family as we worked through the process of purchasing a new Kia Forte GT. We started off by making a bunch of them stay late as we reviewed options and mulled a decision. We ended up bringing home a car overnight to test it out until we could continue shopping the next day. Morgan even came back on her day off to make sure we were taken well care of. We had seen some other options online and had an appointment at another Kia dealership, but WestGate went the extra mile to put the best deal together for us so we did not keep that other appointment. Everyone there is really helpful and not once did I feel like I was being pressured or patronized like I do at most other dealerships. Thanks!

Had a very smooth experience recently at Westgate Kia. Started the due diligence process emailing with Season Elrod who respected my communication preference to stick with email. She connected me with Sales Manager, Mike Wing, who provided transparent pricing and overall fee structure. Arrived to test drive the vehicle and ultimately completed purchase with Anthony Blackwell, who answered all our questions.nnFriendly and Professional team worthy of your business.

I now have owned my second Kia for a year. I truly love Kias! I have had a fantastic experience. Morgan was wonderful in helping me find the right fit car for me and the service department is amazing! Josh has kept me informed of my warranty and kept my car running smoothly! Highly recommend every aspect of the dealership. It is truly a one stop shop!
