My visit was in the drive thru, and started off on a bad foot because they missed quite a bit of my order and got the other part wrong. I run a very busy store in the area and was getting breakfast for my staff. Upon learning that 4 sandwiches were missing, I called and spoke to Manager L. Williams, she was extremely courteous and addressed the problem quickly and effectively. It was clear to me that customer service is a priority for this manager. I’m leaving 5 stars because of the way this manager handled a problem. As a person who also deals with people at work, I appreciated her professionalism.

So we stopped here after a game at Miracle league and ordered a dinner box and 3 chicken sandwich meals. We noticed when we got in the car we didnt have the fries for the chicken sandwiches. I went in the store and asked for the fries, they were super amazing and instead of giving us medium fries they upgraded to large ud83dude0e We had to pay for them but worth it because I aint no Karen.

The individual at the pickup window avoided looking at me like I was the plague. When I walked into work today, one of my coworkers said my orange juice does not look correct. They were right. It was watered down, or something. Also it had a bunch of chunks at the bottom. When I poured out the juice to see what it was, it did not look like pulp. I have been going there for years. I will not be returning. The poor customer service was a normal but not bad OJ.
