The Lemon Tree Cafe and Catering

We ordered the chicken pot pie and brownies. We were given gift cards and so Glad that we used them. The potpie is so good, and well brownies just speak for themselves. I recommend this cafe! We will return!

The food is bland and nearly tasteless. Make sure to ask for salt and pepper with your order as you will certainly need it. The food is presented well and seemed fresh. It just lacked flavor. I had to add salt to every bite of my Middle Eastern potato salad. Even my soup required a liberal amount of added salt and pepper.nnI would also warn any potential vegan customers to order carefully. My fiancee is vegan and was given a non-vegan side despite clearly asking for the vegan option. When she went back to get a replacement the lady at the counter was argumentative and wouldn't own the mistake despite admitting, when we placed the order, that she had been absent and was not familiar with the foods on offer.nnOverall, I had higher hopes for the establishment. I was not impressed with any facet of the meal. Even the infused water had barely any hint of raspberry or basil.

If you live in Wake Forest and you like chicken salad wraps...... Lemon tree is the best of the best. Get the Stacy's special and thank me later.nSidenote: food is on the healthy side, so if you're in the mood for fatty/salty go somewhere else.

Poor communication with catering order. Given mixed info and had no idea what was going on until last minute. But the food is delicious and the employees were extremely sweet when I picked up my order.

Our lunch today was great! The berry and kale salads were delicious and refreshing as well as the sandwiches we ordered. We will be going back for dessert. We had a bite of lemon bar. Delish!
