I’ve been going to this Starbucks and the one on Rogers Rd for almost 2 years and no complaints whatsoever, everybody’s nice over there!

For the most part the employees here are friendly and get things ready quickly.

The majority of this location's employees more often than not seemingly appear to think it's acceptable to come across as arrogant and/or rude during my in-store visits here, all the while regularly displaying an inconsiderate attitude to most of the new or 'non-daily' customers unfortunately visiting this particular location.nnThe one upside worth mentioning is the drive-thru here, because for some inexplicable reason, the usual personnel and overall window experience are usually on point which creates an odd contrast to be sure.nnOverall, however, I definitely prefer almost any other location on the north side and will only visit this as a last resort. — ☕ud83dude37ud83dudc4e

One of my favorite Starbucks to visit. All the baristas know my name just from uttering a few words from my drink order. Top notch operation through and through.

LOVE THE STAFF!!! They are quick and kind. I've only had 1 or 2 trips where I had a long wait and both were during breakfast rush which I feel is fair. The go above and beyond for their customers. Love this location.
