Wake Forest Juice Bar

I was super excited to hit this juice bar up as I had looked online for their offerings and felt that it would satisfy my juice cravings. I walked in and my first notice was that the manager (I believe it was her, maybe not) was sitting in the back and on her phone. When I entered the shop no one came out to greet me or say anything. I stood around for a few minutes before a young woman came out and said hello and then said, “just let me know when you’re ready” super disappointing when you’re amped up and excited to try - hoping that staff would be helpful and encouraging and it seemed like they were just trying to get there other duties done. When I ordered my drinks she rang me up and gave me my total, but didn’t ask if I wanted to join the loyalty program which I read about on a sign right next to the cash register so I brought it up myself. She ended up signing me up for future points and rewards. The drinks themselves were great, just wish the service was better. The managers desk is right in line with the view of the front door. I’d suggest at least shutting the back door so people can’t see you texting the whole time. I’d love to see staff slightly more excited to help future customers, too. I was ready to be hooked and buy a few days worth of juices but the attitude of the staff left me feeling less than impressed.

Woah super tasty and extremely quick!! I love finding great plant based options when in new areas. Lady helping customers was super friendly even though I didn’t know what I wanted right away.

Simply the BEST place to get your green juices or super healthy meals.nWe go often to get 2 Pineapple Greens and the Acai bowls with yogurt. My son loves the chocolate chip cookies and I do love the peanut butter ones. Super friendly staff, very attentive and great quality of juices.

I frequented this juice bar a lot more prior to the pandemic and never had any complaints. The juices and smoothies were fresh and delicious. However, yesterday morning I went back for the first time since the pandemic and was disappointed to see a blonde woman w/ long hair in a pony tail talking and handling the food without her mask on (it was below her chin). The customer in front of me was another blonde woman with short hair also without a mask. I subsequently left. We’re in the age of covid and preparing food without a mask on is unacceptable.
