Beware of this company. It should be against the law for how much money they take out of a straight forward tax return. They never told us what would come out of our return to pay them for doing taxes. I was expecting $200 ish - which after consulting with other accountants and an attorney this would be about right if I had gone somewhere else. We’ve contacted our local news about this place. Do your research and do not let these people anywhere near your tax returns or hard earned money. The Wake Forest staff is extremely rude and not helpful.

**PLEASD READ** Somehow my review was deleted about how they charged me $668.95 to file my taxes for 1 W2, 1 dependent, and no other deductions. They never disclosed how much they were charging, at the end of the filing I asked how much I owed and that’s when I realized they did the assisted refund where they take their payment out of your refund. I didn’t realize until yesterday when I got my tax return that they had charged me that much. I then went through the 200 page packet they gave me and found where it shows how much they charged. I have never paid over $150 for a personal accountant to file mine due to the simplicity of my taxes. If you still choose to go to them please ask questions and make sure you’re okay paying what they charge. I am currently still waiting to speak with a manager but this is absolutely insane. They may find a way to delete this as well, and that’s fine because unless they fix this immediately I will be contacting every news station to ensure everyone knows what they did.**

Pay attention to what this place charges you! They are taking advantage of hard working people and it’s disgusting. Ask a lot of questions and do not let them use your auto signature over and over again on paperwork without your knowledge. Go anywhere but here!!!

Brianna Wright-Ricketts prepared my taxes on today. She was very friendly, quick, and very knowledgeable. She was the first to advise me on what to do about my state taxe contributions. I was happy that I made the journey from Crabtree Valley area over to Wake Forest NC.
