I was in the market for the much sought-after Telluride. I was extremely impressed with Ashley, as she was truly knowledgeable and professional throughout the process of finding exactly what I was looking for. Ashley did a great job showing and explaining all the technology and features in the vehicle. My sales team was very patient with me and my many questions in my months long search, without pressure to purchase before I was ready. The finance department was transparent about my options and made that part of the buying experience painless. Ultimately, Leith Auto Park Kia went above expectations to close the sell and see that I left with a great experience and my dream car! I plan on returning to them for my future service and would also purchase from them again if the need arose.

Neal is a Rockstar, very courteous & professional. My first visit, the part had been given to another customer unbeknownst to Neal so I needed to reschedule, however when I returned the part was available and it's fixed. Clint was also very helpful & professional. I love that they wipe down the car (especially now) before you get in and drive away. Every employee I encountered was cordial and willing to help. I recommend Kia Service at Leith in Wendell to everyone in need of service to visit. I'm sure you'll be satisfied! I'll be returning for all my service needs...

This was my first time at this Kia dealership. Service is excellent. Had an issue with front driver door sensor not detecting door closure. Called Kia customer service and even they were not sure if it was under warranty. Told me to go to the dealership and if they try to charge me, should call Kia customer service.nnBut since my first interaction with the service advisor Pam Dunn then with Clint Prestley, I'd describe it as more than awesome. Pam told me in the very beginning that it was under warranty. Clint periodically informed me what the mechanics were doing with my car.nnWould definitely recommend them and will do business with them gladly.nnThank you.

I have been going to Leith Auto Park Kia for years. They have always taken good care of our car. They do all the maintenance on our car. I wish their prices were little more better, but the good service and care they provide keeps me going. More coupons would be nice.

My service was completed with great personal help from Neal. From what I was told, the service techs were knowledgeable. My concern is while work was done to my Niro’s A/C system, no cause was determined for the initial problem. Also, there was no dye available to add to the system to detect a possible leak. I look forward to excellent customer service if I have to return for the same problem after having paid so much money. Thanks!
