I went to the drive thru and the employee that was at the second window that handed me my food was a total sweet heart!!!! She was absolutely amazing and nice! I asked for extra napkins and she gave it to me without a problem! I believe her name started with a C! Supper nice people working here! Amazing staff!!! This will forever be such a good place!!!

I ordered food through the mobile app tonight. It went smooth until it was time to get my order. When food came out it was missing a drink. I told the girl that I missing my tea. She said with an attitude that I have it. I said no I have the tropical berry sprite. So she took her time going back in to get the tea. I had to wait another 5 minutes to get it. When she decided to bring it out, I thought I would try to make it easier and pull up to where she was so she wouldn’t have to walk far. So she stood there holding my drink like she wanted me to get out and come and get it. Then it was a car behind me so I pulled up and she still standing there. It was like she didn’t want to move. Her customer service was just poor. I usually give all 5 stars. Tonight was just terrible. Day shift keep up the good work. Disappointed customer.

Don't ever order through grub hub or Uber eats they will take it to the wrong house and you get to pay for a meal you will never see or get to eat I just spent 30 bucks and a 20% tip to get a attitude! Still no food but I'm sure McDonald's in Wendell is great

This is a very nice McDonald's- we go often and they've kept the Chips Ahoy Mcflurry!
