If could I would give no stars. This is a horrible pharmacy, they don’t answer the phone. After being on hold for over a hour and a half I decided to call the front of the store. The clerk stated that she has received several calls similar to mine and that all she could do is run to the back and ask them to pick up the phone. Definitely will be transferring to a better pharmacy.

Upon entering this CVS location today, I overheard the store manager, Brandy, say out loud to another employee, Erica, “Do you see his mask? Uuggghh!”. Erica laughed a little and did not say anything after this. My husband was wearing a mask that said Democrat and we were the only ones to enter the store and be in the front vicinity at that time. I immediately walked to the back to ask for assistance. My husband and I were kindly greeted by the Pharmacy Manager, Chandler. He offered to check us out at the back after hearing about our experience. We were highly offended, but very grateful for Chandler’s help on today.

I have had so many terrible experiences at this particular CVS, and only continued to use their services because of the location to my home. However, I will drive out of my way from now on, just to avoid this pharmacy.nnMy husband went to pick up my medicine today, and the pharmacist was rude and demeaning to him. I called to speak to her to try and understand why she treated him so badly. She was beyond rude, condescending, and persisted to interrupt me while I was trying to speak. I’ll be calling corporate. This type of behavior is unacceptable, especially in the healthcare/customer service industry.
