She was persistent without being obtrusive and tried her best to help me focus on exactly what car I was looking for.nNext up was Chris Goodman, my sales consultant. Thorough, hardworking and pleasant, with a mild sense of urgency, he helped me find the car I wanted and then got it brought in. No easy task on the last three days of the month! Wonderful experience last weekend at Hendrick Chevrolet Monroe. I leased a 2018 Traverse from them 3 years ago and my lease was up this month (March 2021). Within an hour of being on the lot, Chris Goodman had already found and showed several options for another SUV for me to consider. We left with a Yukon Denali that was perfect for our family!
