I had the absolute best experience with this family oriented auto business. Joe was extremely warm, welcoming and taught my mom and me a lot about cars and purchasing cars. Hidden gem. Gave us an awesome price on a really nice car in outstanding condition. Staff very friendly and patient. If you like low pressure auto buying, check them out. Very nice buying experience.
I bought an Explorer from Dada, and the check engine light came on before I got home. I contacted the dealership and they told me it was probably a problem with my gas cap. These vehicles don't even have gas caps. 2 codes came up indicating bad O2 sensors or a problem with the cadilitic converter. Dada Auto has refused to help at all. It appears they cleared the check engine light to sell the vehicle. I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General. You cannot trust Dada Auto.
