I’ve been looking for a car for a good bit, and I get recommended to check out this dealership in Monroe NC because I was told it was a good place to shop...I fully regret walking into this unwelcoming place. No one was in the front desk, ten minutes later someone tells us to wait, did not even greet whatsoever! My wife and I are not one of those rude people whatsoever, we come with positive vibes where ever we go, so we didn’t mind that we weren’t welcomed with a positive attitude, how typically others would. I ask about a car, and the guy puts no effort whatsoever to give me details about the car or any other cars, the guy seemed very rude and we just had a bad customer experience, that we literally walked out, we did not plan to buy a car or at least insist on information/details about a car in a very unwelcoming environment. They honestly a customer with cash in hand.

Really great customer service Johnny was very helpful at the Independence location. He made sure that I had a reliable vehicle for my family and I, and assuring me that I was in the right place by taking his time and explaining my options. I never felt like I was being forced into something like some other dealerships do. Overall I’m very happy with my new vehicle. And if you’re in the market for a vehicle I highly recommend going to Auto America on Independence to see Johnny.

This place was a Godsend. After relocating to Charlotte from NY a few months ago I got into a car accident and my vehicle was totaled. After going to major dealerships and being denied without a co signer or major down payment I walked in the door and drove off the lot with the car of my choice in under 2 hours. The process was smooth and easy. John and Dennis were awesome from beginning to the end. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. It helped me out and made my relocation worthwhile.
