Derek was very professional, efficient and responsive. He was very organized and had everything done in a timely manner. He is also very affordable. We wish we would have started using him to do all of our taxes earlier but will definitely be using him from now on.

I obviously will not be returning and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to do business with Mr. Atwell. I am a previous customer of the Sneed family. Upon dropping off all of my tax information with a detailed note of what was included and the things I needed. None of it was done when I picked up the taxes and as I'm looking through all of the forms they gave me I am left wondering if they even read the note. One of the forms ask if either person is a veteran both boxes are checked no, when in the note it clearly states my husband is a veteran and all VA forms are included. Whether the yes or no is checked correctly makes a difference I do not know, I am not an accountant which is why I pay someone who is to do it for me.
