Jackson Hewitt Tax Service

Had appt at 1230 gentleman was on his phone he wasn't talking on his phone he was texting or maybe he was working I don't know but he never once greeted me and I was there more than 15 minutes early he never once greeted me he never said I'll be right with you he never said thanks for coming in today he never said are you for the appointment at12:30 he never said anything to me, did not even acknowledge that I was even standing there so I just left because I'm a nurse okay I work third shift I've been up all night and I made this appointment and was hoping to get it done and go home and go to bed if he cares that little of my time then I care so little that I just left him with no business and no one to fill the gap this is my first time ever trying your company and no thanks no thanks

We went to Jackson Hewitt and were assisted by Kimberly Holmes as our tax preparer. Our experience was great. She is very thorough and kind. She's tries to make sure everything is correct and done correctly! Please go and see her and Jackson Hewitt!
