Put a deposit down to get a camper. Wife decided not to get the camper and had to ask for my deposit back. Guess they were going to just keep it till I said something. Also, took them 2 weeks to get my deposit back and then decided they want to charge me $100 for a charge the credit card company charges them. They were great until I decided not to go with their camper.

We purchased a pre-owned TT from Preston on 10/20.nWe had a great experience!!nThe service tech went over every inch of the camper prior to our pick-up and explained everything to us. Dixie Campers is great. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Kathy is a great salesperson with no pressure and got us a good deal. Jerry the service manager goes over everything with you to make sure you know how everything works. He does it without seeming bored when you know he's done it hundreds of times. Everyone there is nice. Yes they are a small place but we were treated much better there than Campers-Inn. If you are in the market for a camper, new or used, go to Dixie Campers in Albemarle, NC.(Take a treat for Miss Shelby the office mascot)
