Scheduled an appointment, made arrangements for someone to pic me up, dropped the car off for service. AN HOUR later, get a call to pic up the vehicle because they don't have the parts, and there on back order. Had to make more arrangements for someone to drive me there to pic it up. Now inconvenienced three people's morning, to act like it's not a big deal. Search inventory when appointments are made, then give a courtesy call to say not to drop it off on the date Scheduled. My time seems important to me too.
