Driveshaft Shop

I ordered a customer drive shaft for my Dodge magnum recently. The order was not correct but not at the fault of the business. Even though it was custom and well documented that custom order stuff is not refundable their customer service worked with me to correct the issue that was not even their fault! This was also done in a timely manner! Would definitely recommend The company to anyone!!! Thank you DSS!!!

I wouldn't do business with the Driveshaft Shop. I had custom axles made for my Subaru. Initially, they sent me the wrong CVs, which I had to send back. They refused to pay for shipping even though they had made the mistake. The axles I got had splines that were covered in weld splatter, which took a long time to grind out. When one axle broke, they sent me new CVs for me to install myself and again sent the wrong ones. They have been rather unhelpful and at times even rude over the phone when trying to solve these issues.

I was impressed with the customer service knowledge. He saved me from making a mistake. I will be using them again in the future.

Great people, great product, great place to work! People that post negative reviews are the troublemakers anyway. They usually just want something for free or made a mistake installing the product and want to blame it on the company for their own mistakes. I have NEVER known the Driveshaft Shop to not make up for mistakes on their own end. If you want quality components for your race application, look no further than The Driveshaft Shop. These guys are the best in the industry, and always will be. Hands down.
