My 18 year old daughter saved up her money to finally buy a car. She found one she liked at BTM Motors. It was running rough and had a check engine light. The owner promised us that it was just a coil pack causing the engine to skip. And convinced us to purchase it while promising to fix the problem. After 3 weeks they gave us the car back, and told us to take it to a mechanic because they could not figure out what was wrong with it. We asked for our money back, and they said the car is as is. We took the car to our mechanic only to find out the valves were burnt and the engine was shot. BTM Motors refused to do anything at all that would help my daughter. Huge mistake to trust this dealership. STAY AWAY

They REFUSED to let us take the car to our mechanics to check the car out. There were two of them that we were specifically interested in. Our mechanic agreed to come check the two cars out on their lot. Our first choice had a rear main seal leak and a rod knock. The second choice had rust and rot under the car and the transmission started slipping very badly when it warmed up. I now see why we are not allowed to take their cars to our mechanic. Also our first choice car showed it had 118,325 miles but we found an oil change sticker that read 247,774 and a repair invoice matching the VIN of the car noted with 243,642 dated two months prior. We obviously took our business elsewhere thank goodness.

I went to this dealership on Friday. I test drive two cars first in broke down a mile away and they had to pick us up. Then we tried another and it was smoking really bad. They told me it was normal for that kind of car. No it is not!!! Beware!!!
