Poor customer service. Will gladly take a check upfront. I let them tell me everything they said I need for bulletproofing my 6.0 to the tune of over $7000. My truck has been leaking water from day one, exhaust pipes hits cab on bumps, digital controls never stay attached to body plastic next to driver's side windshield. I called for months with no answer. Finally, one of the sons said they would not come tow my truck to their shop. I'm totally disappointed after such poor service and learning it cost thousands less for what I was charged. My kindness was mistaken for weakness so I'm reaching to the world to say these people took my money on exchange for inferior workmanship and poor customer service. I highly recommend finding someone else to perform your diesel work. Being the fair person I am, I took my truck to another highly recommended shop and didnt tell them up front , whom had worded on my truck nor what was done, just to see the resultsnThey found things broken that I wouldn't know and inferior products used as well.
