I’ve been in the area for over 5 years and have been to a lot of barber shops . This one is by far the best one around in every category. Their customer service is excellent and every employee in there is extremely talented and consistent. They take pride in what they do and they’re damn good at it.

I’ve been to barbershops all over the Jacksonville area. None of them gave consistent quality haircuts. After moving to Richlands I tried VIP Barbershop. Had I know the quality haircuts they give I would have started coming here a long time ago. Worth the drive from Jacksonville and a hidden gem in Richlands. Alex has always given clean fades and great haircuts. 10 out of 10 they will not disappoint.
Went today to go get a haircut the barber was nice but the haircut not so much. I wanted a medium bald fade and a 6 on the top. The fade was a bit crooked. One of the sides of my forehead hairline was cut more than the other. I felt the barber clippers were rubbed a little to hard on to my head. At the end I got a nice rub in my head with a baby wipe ud83dude02, I never gotten that treatment. Overall at the end I felt uncomfortable with the haircut I got. I just hope no one notices my hairline in my forehead ud83dude2c
Alex did an excellent job on my hair and beard, he's an artist. He took his time to make sure I was completely satisfied before leaving, and made sure everything looked perfect and even.nI'm definitely coming back here for all my haircut and beard trimming needs!
