Walmart Auto Care Centers

Really great service and staff. I was so very pleased with the outcome and will patronize this Auto Center again.

Never had service so amazing at a car center before. I was taken care of and staff there went out of their way to assist with my bad, leaking battery.

Efficient, affordable and super convenient. Came here 4 times so far for oil changes and haven't been disappointed. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

They are strictly appointments. But they tell you they welcome walk ins. No they do not welcome walk ins. So you take the walk in time. In the meantime you are there and still waiting and the appointment do not show up. You would think they would take your car back but no the cashier tells them which car is next even though the first appointment was a no show. The appointment do not show up and It's still a two hour wait time. Understanding the appointments come first. Mind you there was only one car there when I arrived. Poor customer service. Also the next closest Walmart is in Swansboro and this is the only Walmart with a service center.

How do you not do an alignment? When your page says you guys do?! Stay away from Walmart auto department or your car will fall apart. Last time I brought my suv in for an oil change it was a terrible experience. I was driving down the road and they never fastened my oil pan down. It fell while I was driving. I brought my suv back and they said they'll fix it. My husband got underneath the car and they zip tied it. NEVER AGAIN! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
