I couldn’t be more impressed. Previous owner had Biggs install heat pump. Had an issue over the weekend so I called them. Tech was here in a few hours. Quickly identified the issue and repaired it. Had the part on the truck. Warranty repair. Back office team was very nice as well. A+.
Outstanding company. Bought our HVAC system from them a while back. Great unit and yearly service contract is well worth it. Each person doing service has been very efficient, courteous and professional.
My wife and I have been Biggs customers for at least a decade and thoroughly believe they provide exceptional service at a fair price and with an eye towards quality. Brad performed today's preventative maintenance and provided useful advice for the upkeep of our unit. I recommend Biggs for anyone in need of the services they offer, as we have also used their duct install and electrical services as well. In the future we may seek plumbing services also.
We have been doing business with Biggs HVAC for years and Aaron has often done our semi-annual Preventive Maintenance. Aaron is fabulous as is Biggs as a whole. Having used other companies in the past, Biggs has my utmost loyalty because of the high quality of all their services, customer support and personnel like Aaron.
