I've used RPM a couple times now, and have always been thrilled! It's not their usual customer, but they've got my 2016 Silverado 2500HD gas dialed in. I started with an 87 octane tune (because I was too cheap to feed it premium) which really helped the truck shift better and had smoother throttle response. A year later (08/2020) I decided to step up to a 93 octane tune, and I'm VERY happy with the result. I had been using premium for a month before the tune. After the tune it's running EVEN BETTER. They've got it shifting smoother, but shifting less on hills, the throttle response is smoother and more timely, and the best part, even when driving harder and towing, I'm getting better MPG. EXCELLENT customer service, and results. I'll be back, and always recommend them to people I meet. THANKS RPM!
