I scheduled a last minute appointment with Ally, who fortunately just had a cancellation. My hair was not colored or cut correctly at another local salon, in fact it had chunks missing and the color was all over the place. Ally spent a good amount of time discussing how she could fix it. She even involved me in the decision making process. She spent time correcting the cut and correcting the color - both were very complicated and I really needed someone who knew what they were doing. I can honestly say that it has been several years since I've had this level of professionalism. Ally kept making sure I was satisfied. She did an amazing job! I love my hair! The amazing part is that they could have really charged me an arm and a leg, but they didn't. The price was reasonable and I got exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Ally and this salon!

Super uncomfortable. My man and I came in for a simple trim @ 2:45. Not only did they let us sit just to reschedule to 3:45 but the stylist Kaitlyn kept pulling her leggings up like her a$$ was hungry in front of my man. But in needing a trim BAD we came back, and we were literally asked to move so her and another client could film a TikTok of all things and then she started coloring her hair. I was looking for a good salon to stick with and I didn’t even get to the chair to know I will never set foot in that place. So disrespectful. Need to work on their employees professionalism instead of decorating

I had gone to this salon before, and for the most part I was pretty satisfied almost every time I went. However, today I walked in there in hopes of getting curtain bangs. However I got what seemed to be bangs that a child would cut for themselves in all honesty. Now I told her I wanted curtain bangs and she said “ok got it.” (I seemed pretty confident in that because curtain bangs are very popular right now.) I also told her I wanted them long. So she got the length part down, however they are no where near the style “curtain” bangs. Curtain bangs are supposed to be angled, like face framing. Mine (on one side) are cut straight even. The other side has a v shape at the bottom. I don’t know how someone could honestly let their client walk out like that. I contemplated asking her to fix them, but seeing what she had already done, I was too scared to even let her touch my hair.

I totally recommend this place, my first time here and everyone is so nice and friendly they make you feel right at home. The best thing about it all is that not only do they give you their opinion and recommendations on what they think would be best for your hair they actually take their time to listen to you on what you want. Amber cope is my stylist and lord she did a awesome job on my hair it feels and looks so healthy, I highly recommend her for sure! great personality too. I also got my lashes done with Mrs Khoo did a wonderful job on my lashes now I can’t imagine myself with out lashes. Trust me I’m a very picky person and I hardly ever write reviews but this place did so great I can’t help but brag on them on how great this place is.

I have been a client at this business, the owner's client, for over 3 years and saw the nasty, unfounded reviews by the below people and had to respond. These nasty, irrational people obviously have a personal issue with one or two people at the salon and are NOT writing constructive or accurate reviews about the salon and the services performed here. All you need to do is click on their name to see the other reviews they have left and see the storyline (I have included pictures of their other business comments and address it in the below responses to them directly). I am a direct client of the owner and highly recommend her salons, all of them, they are very flexible with schedule change requests, professional, kind and courteous. To the potential new client, just read the other reviews and you will see the truth that this place is wonderful.nn@Jessica Ward-Your review lacks specific details of what you were dissatisfied with like in your numerous other reviews that were very lengthy and overly dramatic (see pics), it is very apparent that you have a personal vendetta with someone at the salon and your review is just your ugly way to attack them personally. It should be removed and is not helpful for potential new clients to make a choice here.nn@Brianna M-Of the 8 reviews that you have left on Google for businesses, the review for this salon was the only one that you provided a description, albeit a description that was a personal attack against the owner, who from the sound of it did not even do the work on your hair!?
