Richard and the team at GMP Lake Norman went above and beyond and squeezed my car in for a last-minute oil change, brake flush, and tech inspection just in time for another weekend on the track! Their knowledge and expertise in the shop and track-side are second to none for general maintenance and performance/tracking. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

First time customer with a small invoice and they still picked up and delivered the car from my business. Customer service is hard to come by these days and they seem to have figured that part out!

Grade A service here. If you want performance, or just regular work done this is the place. They'll take care of you.

I have been using GMP for about three years now, their service and skill was so great that I was driving from Kannapolis to Charlotte anytime I need a service or a performance part install. When I found out a new Lake Norman location would be opening soon I was so pumped because now I would be even closer to my favorite shop. GMP has installed my AWE intercooler, ARM charge pipes, APR Downpipe and Exhaust, TSW wheels and has even tinted my fogs and windows. Just recently I took my MK6 GTI to have an H&R Sport Spring cup kit install and a synthetic oil change at the Lake Norman location. And as expected, the service and quality of work is just the same as the Charlotte location. Richard is a great guy to work with and always takes care of me and responds to my emails super quickly. I would recommend GMP to anyone with a German make seeking routine maintenance or performance part installs. I will be returning to the Lake Norman location anytime I need a routine service or performance upgrade. Thanks again guys!
