Smitty's helped me during a very stressful time. Never have been in an accident until I avoid hitting a deer and hit other things instead. They were amazing at taking care of everything. They worked closely with my insurance company and kept me up to date with the repairs and timeline of when the car would be ready. They made a very stressful situation easier to handle. I felt complete confidence that they were helping me at all times and doing a great job at that and I was right. Great company and team and I highly recommend Smitty's.

As annoying as getting rear ended can be the process of getting the repairs taken care of can equal that level of frustrating. Jennifer made the entire process bearable. She took the time to walk me through and in so doing it was completely pain free. The repairs themselves were performed quickly and the work was top notch. As much as I will do my best to avoid being a repeat customer if the need arises I have no need to seek out another shop.

This place is amazing! Had a dent that was pushing into my tire when we would hit any bump. Great customer service and they repaired it quickly. Would definitely use them again.
