Alyssa was super helpful from start to finish! My car battery was a whole issue thanks so some mechanic back in Colorado, but with Alyssa and Don, they were able to help me out big time! I trust their work and will definitely come if I have any other questions in the future! Thanks Alyssa and Don!

I visited the store at 696 River Highway Mooresville, NC 28117 on 12/14/2020. I needed a battery for my 2015 Ford Edge. It is a very difficult battery to remove and replace.nI was waited on by a very young employee who was very helpful but obviously was just learning the ropes. I took 2 1/2 hours to get my new battery installed. The older and more experienced employees just watched the young employee struggle and pass belittling comments. Finally a different employee showed up for work and jumped in to help.nThe bottom line was a customer was forced to wait over 2 hours for something that should have taken 20 minutes. What happened to customer first?

I don’t know much about cars and have always been afraid of going to a shop alone because I’ve been pushed to get more expensive things that I didn’t need etc etc. When I went in today for windshield wipers Dan helped me out and took his time to explain the difference in quality of all the products he had and didn’t make me feel pressured to get the most expensive thing like other places do. Not only did he help me out he installed them for me without hesitation. Honestly some of the beat customer service I have ever received at any advance auto parts. If you want good customer service he’s definitely the one to go to. The receipt said his name was Dan G and he was awesome

Aubrey or Avery or whoever was in the store today answering phones needs help. I don’t know if she feels like she has to be tough around her coworkers or what but she was disrespectful. If you don’t like helping people you might want to switch occupations. Correct here before somebody else does.
