Carlos was professional and communicated with me regularly about my car. He listened to my concerns with the car to understand what I was experiencing. I felt totally confident in his expertise and diagnosis. He even mentioned a symptom that the car should’ve been having that I forgot to mention. It was a key symptom that would validate the concern. He was spot on. My car was repaired quickly and I received a follow up from him to ensure I was pleased with the repair! This will definitely be my new place for repairs for my Volvo. With my Jaguar no longer being under warranty, it is very expensive to continue to get it serviced at the dealer. It has been hard finding a mechanic outside of the dealer who knew how service my Jaguar. I gave Rock Solid a chance to do my 48k service. They were professional, affordable, and most importantly, knowledgeable. My experience with them was good.
