I called up Gables Cats when I was traveling down south in my 1999 Jaguar XK8 and ran into some problems with my car. Rick was able to diagnose what was wrong over the phone like he was looking at the car in person. Even though I couldn't go to his shop, he still went out of his way to help me through the process and diagnosis of the problems that occurred. Without Rick I don't know what I would've done because I still had an hour and a half left on the road. Rick is one of the most knowledgeable people about Jaguars and helped me more over the phone than any other repair shop did when actually looking at the car. I highly recommend his services and will always rely on him if any other problems arise in the future.
