Ordered two meals at the drive through. The person on the radio incorrectly rang it up as two sandwiches, but I corrected them, and the person at the first window fixed the order, and I paid the correct 13 dollars. No problem. The issue however arose when the lady at the second window insisted that I paid only for one meal, and one sandwich (despite the fact she gave me 2 drinks.) When I mentioned that it was two meals she argued for a full two minutes, holding up the line, then she rudely said she would give me the fries to make me go away.nnThere is always problems with this location, and I am now at the point where I will just drive further to avoid buying food here. If the owner happens to read this review, I strongly advise replacing the trouble people on your staff. It may cause short term issues, but this is a great time to be hiring, and the long term benefits will reward you for the trouble once the locals find out that the staff is improved.

Wanted a quick breakfast before work. Decided a McGriddle sounded pretty tasty. Girl at the drive-through sounded like her and her bf just got into a fight and she's taking out her adolescent anger on anyone that comes in her path, customers included apparently. Got to work and found a lone plain biscuit in my bag. Yum.

Never get my order right. There's always something missing. Hey, at least they're consistent. ud83dude44

Really great friendly service..You can order for takeout at the counter or get drive thru..Because of covid-19, no indoor dinning until further notice.

I say this....the best Mc Donalds in Mooresville for sure and all of Iredell as well. Cooked perfectly. Thank you for doing a good job employees. Too thumbs-up ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
