Company was not able to replace switch on generator within 4 months after servicing the generator despite repeated phone calls with reminders. Company put it off or did not show up. When the power went out today, the 80 year old couple could not even get out of the house because the electric garage door couldn't be opened. Calling Maybin's, the answering machine came on with the message that it's full. Bad, bad service.
