I have ordered several times from this store. Every time there has been a problem. Wrong orders, undercooked food, overcooked, cold when arrived and other issues. I filed a complaint each time and was told I would be given some off my next order. Which was only one pizza and it still came wrong. I will no longer be using this location. I can drive farther away to get a pizza and still be warmer than what I received today. The pizza I got today was 98 Degrees internal temperature, it also took over 30 minutes to be delivered when I live just 10 minutes away. Also, I under stand the no contact delivery, but do we have to sit it on the ground?

I ordered my free pizza that I earned from the pizza profile last Sunday and it was absolutely the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. It was way over cooked, When the delivery guy got to the house he just kinda threw it on my porch. I said hello and he looked at me like he wanted to rip my throat out and just left. I ate one slice and threw the rest of the pizza away. Completely the worst experience I’ve had with this place. I’ve ordered ALOT of pizza from this location but this experience will be my last. I guess they didn’t feel the need for a quality product because it was my “free pizza” that I earned by purchasing many pizzas. I even left a $5 tip on top of the $4 that I had to pay for delivery. I hate to leave bad reviews but this can’t go unnoticed.
