I had a very positive experience at Helton, he quoted me a price for alternator and for labor. He gave me the most expensive quote so that there would be no shock if it came to that, and when it came time to make payment there was no surprise charges. He did quick efficient work and kept me in the loop the entire time. My check engine light had come on and he also diagnosed that and gave me a quote for parts and labor while he had my Jeep and just included that in his diagnostic charge. Definitely going back for any future errors.

Awesome did a great job and adorable price

My daughter got a flat driving through Stanley, NC and met Josh Helton of Helton Auto Body at a gas station. Josh went back to his shop and picked up a wheel and tire which matched the size of the run flat tire which was destroyed. He just loaned it to her not even knowing her at all and wouldn't even take money for helping her.nnShe was able to get back on the road to our home in Banner Elk. We ordered a new tire 10 days later at Summey Tire in Stanley, NC and Josh met her there with her wheel so the new tire could be installed and she returned the wheel which Josh graciously provided to a total stranger!nnThank you Helton Automotive!
