Overpriced and incompetent work. Left one day with truck leaking oil because they stripped the drain plug putting it back in. Cracked my drivers dash console replacing an ignition switch. They should have never had a reason to take it off, should took the steering wheel apart but I guess they like faster than doing it the right way...

We had a very bad experience at Victory Chevrolet. When we arrived a salesman named Mark N. said he could help us. We told him we was looking for a small SUV. After a while there he brought around a Mitsubishi Outlander priced at $13,500. We had $1700 cash and a fair conditioned trade in. He left and came back and said we needed a COSIGNER. My daughter said use her. Instead of using her as a cosigner, we found out they had put her as the BUYER WITHOUT PERMISSION. Nevermind the fact my daughter was not present to sign any papers. Mark had told us we got free inspections for life and the car came with a year warranty. My roommate, myself and my daughter went back on Monday to sign the paperwork. There was no warranty or free inspections. The car was an as is sale. Mark told me while my roommate and my daughter was with the financial department that our car was taken across the street and the guy locks up and goes home at 5pm sharp. We all decided not to do the deal after all the lies came to light. The $1700 was put in as if my daughter gave it to them when she wasn't there on Saturday when all this went down. When she went to pick up the money given on Saturday, the lady at the desk treated my daughter like she was a liar. The only nice one we found was Jordan. She was very helpful and had excellent customer service. My daughter got banned from there. We will never go back to Victory Chevrolet again.

Robert Dellinger was an awesome guy to deal with. Very honest and I didn’t feel pressured at all. Ended up getting a good deal on a great truck. Would do business with this dealership again in the future.

Bought my first car yesterday, and worked with Johnathan Hoover. Great guy, didn’t mind me being unsure what I was looking for, the process was quick and easy. Couldn’t recommend going to see him enough!
