I really enjoy coming to Liberty Tax in Stanley every year to do my taxes. The ladies are so amazing. They're all empathetic and they listen to me and show they really care and they love to treat their clients like family rather than another person. They're responsive to where I know they'll always respond to all of the many questions I always have and if they're unavailable, I know they'll always call me back. They're competent to do their job. I know there is a ton of training they have to do to stay compliant and knowledgeable of the many changing tax laws, and it really shows in how they know so much and are able to answer all of my many tax questions. They are reliable. I know I can trust in them to always be there and to help when I need them, no matter what time of the year it is. If I have tax questions or any issues, I can rely on them 12 months out of the year to be available to my tax needs. Barbara, Cindy, and Erin are prime examples of what a business should be. Barbara and Cindy are who I typically deal with each year and I'm so honored to have them to be my tax ladies. They totally deserve 5 stars for all of the hard work they put in to being the best they can be for their Liberty Tax family (Clients). Cindy Daniel helped me with my taxes and I was so pleasantly surprised. I didn’t believe I would have been eligible for a refund, but ta-da I was so great full that she was able to look back and find some money for me. I appreciated her friendliness and professionalism, with a small town twist. I would encourage any and everyone to trust Cindy to do a great job for them.

This year was the easiest it's ever been to file my taxes. I dropped off my information with Cindy, she had it ready very quickly. I was able to review and sign my return from my phone, which works wonderfully with my busy schedule. It's always a great experience with Liberty Tax and Cindy!

I have been filing here for a few years now & they are always so helpful & professional. Shelley helped me file this year & she is phenomenal! I had so many questions but she was patient with me & very responsive. She is very kind & you can tell she enjoys her job because she is so willing to help & share the knowledge she has.
